1. General

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of LuxFurniture.ae. By using our website, you agree to comply with all guidelines, policies, and notices posted on our platform.

2. Products & Services

  • All products shown on the website are subject to availability.

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, or material differences.

  • Custom-made furniture orders are produced according to client specifications and cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in AED (UAE Dirhams).

  • Prices may be changed without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods listed on the site.

  • For custom products, 50% advance payment is required to confirm manufacturing.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

  • LuxFurniture.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to an error.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and customization.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, while custom items may take longer.

  • Any delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or unforeseen issues do not make us liable for compensation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • For ready-made items, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packing, and has a manufacturing defect.

  • Return pickup charges may apply.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

7. Warranty

  • Selected products may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, and content on LuxFurniture.ae are the property of Lux Furniture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LuxFurniture.ae is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party service providers

  • Unauthorized use of your account

  • Damages resulting from improper use of furniture

10. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer data with third parties except for delivery and payment processing purposes.

11. Changes to Terms
